The panel will focus on proposed energy reform bills in Congress, which may be up for a vote this summer. The goal of the evening's discussion is to clarify some of the specifics being debated, such as allocations for coal, wind, nuclear, oil, and solar power and the projected economic and environmental impact of each of these choices.  Time has been allocated for Q&A.
